Air Hogs FPV Car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is such a fun car. Our whole family has enjoyed playing with it. The high tech features are really neat. I will say we had a little trouble getting it to connect to WiFi and some of the instructions were a little contradictory.
As far as the car, I think the Off/On switch could be more clearly labeled. It is unclear which is which.
Overall it is great and we can't wait to use it more! It's so neat to use the FPV view! My son has enjoyed being able to take pictures and videos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a nine year old boy who was beyond excited to try out this car! He loved the virtual reality headset that came with it that uses a smartphone to see everything. . He was thrilled when he realized that he had driven the car into another room, and he was able to be a super spy. His only suggestion was that it should have a rear camera too because he couldn't see as well when it was in reverse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air Hogs FPV Car is beyond amazing and fun! At first my son was playing with it and it looked so fun and fast I took it over and had a blast with it, dont worry I gave it back but it is so much fun and a great product! Fun fun fun !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Air Hogs FPV was literally a trip. I drovr the car on my flat hard wood floors, I hit walls, tables and furniture without any damage. The car is still good no scratches. I felt like I was in the drivers seat. I was able accelerate, brake and steer. I scared the living daylights out of my dog she was scared but was she running after it too funny. My only gripe was it was a little tricky to get out of the box and the batteries were not included.

Feel the need for speed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you feel the need for speed and want live action, the Air Hogs FPV car is a perfect treat. The first person view finder puts you right into the driver seat as if you are racing down the road or even zipping through furniture in the house. This is the perfect play time therapy for kids and adults.
I must also brag on how easy it is to get into the box. Most toys these days, takes an act of Congress to get the actual toy out of the box. The box opens neatly and with a few twist of ties it is out. Then you can store the car back in the sturdy box! My child is 12 and the instructions where short and clear on how to set up the product. There is a large photo of the controller with clear explanations on use. After charging the car, just follow the fast easy steps and then you are ready to hit the driver’s seat. The FPV fits the head of ages 8 and up easily. I was a little nervous about taking my son’s phone out of his case to put inside the FPV but as long as you give them strict instructions not to remove the phone while it’s on your head within the FPV then the chance of them dropping their phone and cracking it will be decreased.
The Air Hogs High Speed Race car is so much fun. You feel as if you’re in the front seat, eye level to the ground racing in and out of pavement and terrain. Now of course rough terrain and thick grass is a no go, but on carpet and bark it does just fine. The car is sturdy and has no problems running into furniture or debris. We even had a lot of fun sneaking up on the pets and watching their reactions on video!
The only bad review the adults and kids would say is that the car only stays charged a little over 30 minutes when recording. But all you have to do is take a break, charge it, and head out out again!
I can’t wait to see what Air Hogs comes up with next!

family and the neighborhood kids loved playing with it. First, we had to charge it which is understandable but the kids were upset we had to wait to play! When it was finished charging, we went out front and I got to play first!! I'm not an avid video game player so it was hard for me to get use to which direction the controls made the car go. The kids were much better at controlling the car. I like how controlling the car could be played with by one of my kids and the other kid could wear the head piece or one kid could do both! The kids loved every part of playing it and it came very natural to them to control the car with the remote device. To use the head device you have to put an app on your phone and connect it to the remote which was very simple. After, you have to actually put your phone into the head device, so therefore I was unable to take pictures of my kids playing since the phone was being used for the head piece. The only complaint I have is that when we finished playing (when the car needed to be recharged), and I took my phone out of the head piece case, my phone was very hot. I'm not sure what caused that but I would hate for it to destroy my phone or burn something.

My son loves this car!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and his friends have played with this car for 2 weekends. They all love it without using the virtual reality camera. The head piece for vr is cumbersome and we mostly viewed the ground but it was definitely a "cool" thing to try out. The car drives well and with stood puddles and all the things 9 year old boys do. The battery lasted about 25 minutes . A longer battery or one that could be interchangeable would be a great feature. It does charge in about 80 minutes so it was played with multiple times in a day. I didn't have any problems getting car and phone app paired so that is a plus. I am giving this 4 stars because the virtual reality piece isn't great, but the car itself is lits of fun and I can see my son and his friends playing with it on a regular basis!!

Super fast car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and i totally loved the speed and range to control it of this car, the one thing i think that would make it more awesome then it already is, is an interchangeable battery pack, i felt like the car fully charged lasted about 50- 60 minutes of driving it time, other then that its super awesome and we are gonna invest in a few more for Christmas so everyone in our family has one, i love the thin design of it and its bounce back mobility we crashed this car into quite a few things and amazingly its still bounced off the objects and is still in one peice definitely a must have
