So far I’m impressed

Only had the range about a little over a month. Convection roasted a leg of lamb. Came Out Perfect. The probe worked beautifully for me.
The burners are powerful, but can be turned way down. Grates are heavy, and retain heat after gas is turned off (which is a bonus in my book).
Purchased in the matte black which has a bronze undertone. The interior and range portion is easy to keep clean.

Cooks and Bakes Well

I've had this range for about a month. So far I am pleased with its performance. The oven heats up quickly and maintains an accurate temperature. The power burnder works very well.

Awesome Range

My wife and I wanted a dual fuel stove, and this fit the ticket. It is performing well and does what it was designed to do, cook. I have one minor issue with it, in that one ignitor just keeps on firing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cooks Hot! Sad warming drawer is

no longer an oven. I bought the last model about 10 years ago and loved the little drawer oven. I purchased this oven thinking it was the set up but the bottom drawer is only a warming drawer and doesn't even come with a rack!

Lots of money for an OK appliance

Really like the dual fuel capability. Oven temperature is consistently 25 to 50 degrees under the temp that is set (validated with two oven thermometers). There is a wiring issue with this unit that causes all the igniters to constantly click when one of the burners is in use. This is totally unacceptable. GE tried to fix once - didn't work. Waiting for second attempt. Oven door doesn't open flat - what's up with that? Oven feels cheaply constructed, but it's not inexpensive! The Profile oven I owned previously seemed better constructed and was about 1/2 the price of the Cafe product. Sure, I couldn't monitor my Profile range with a cell phone app, but who cares?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have only had our new Cafe range a short time, but I am so happy with it. Love having the dual fuel. Controls are easy to use. The stovetop has been easy to keep clean. I went from electric to gas burners and I like the gas so much better. I feel I have more control over the heating.

Dual fuel range black

Slightly more slate black than the matte black that I expected. Still overall very impressive machine. Black on top too which is nice to match my black countertops. Griddle is a rough cast iron FYI. And has 1 tracked rack the other 2 are standard racks. Also suggest getting the fillers for the sides which are a slight gray, not a perfect match but still prevents food from falling in between.
