Best Range I've Owned

I've owned the range for a couple of months and continue to find enjoyment with everything about it. This is an upgrade from an 18 year old dual fuel single oven range which quit. I was a little nervous about two smaller ovens but they work perfectly for my needs and give so much flexibility vs a single oven. The burners have a far wider heat range. Browning meats and veggies come out so much better than on my old stove with the precision control. The griddle is a little messy to cook on, but works very well. Cleaning is simple, just don't use anything abrasive. Looking forward to trying steam clean in ovens when they need it. Only complaint is that the original unit needed to be replaced as it had a faulty ignition switch for stovetop. Makes me question quality control in factory, but replacement unit is working great.

Previous range went out at Thanksgiving. Made it through the holiday, then replaced with this GE. Went back with same set up gas top/electric ovens. Double oven nice but main lower oven hard to reach(too low). We just need to get used to that. Both ovens cook well. Will need to experiment with convection cooking. So far so good. $$$ pricey

Sleek, Powerful, and Feature-Rich

This unit replaces my previous GE Profile range, with controls on the back. The new design greatly increases the usable cook-top space and the power of the burners is amazing. The double ovens cook evenly and have been a great time saver. I use that feature more than expected. I wish the timer was louder, but otherwise, this is a sleek, powerful, and magnificent beast.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Cookies baked evenly in upper oven (my test for ovens distributing heat evenly), and the most wonderful surprise was that my 21 lb stuffed turkey roasted in the lower oven on convection in only 3 hours. It was moist and perfectly browned. Can boil pasta water in no time and keep a cream sauce or soup warm without burning. I've recommended this model to several friends who are ready to update their appliance. It's a winner!

Finally got a stove thst works!

This is my third dual fuel, double door GE range. First two were defective, new. out if the box. First unit had a bad circuit board, ( acvording to installer) oven would not heat. On second unit, the upper oven would not work. It was missing the button that signaled the oven was closed. Shipped that way.
Also, shipped from factory with badly misaligned oven door.
The third unit appears to be free from factory defects, and we are hopeful, but after three months of aggravation, it's hard to be excited about GE products. I bought GE Cafe becsuse I thought it was US made, wrong, made in Mexico by a Mexican consortium, quality control is sadly lacking. In addition, GE does not send an owner, operator manual.

Pleased but some things could be better

I wish that the range top had more smaller burners. In addition, I have not been able to use the wifi connect function because the code needed to set it up is not in a visible part of the appliance. I am assuming it is on the back of the stove, but I cannot move the stove now that it has been installed.
