I've only had this washer for a few months. So far it is operating as expected. I wish I could say the same about the matching dryer.

I love this washer. Loads come out really clean. Very efficient water use. There are a lot of different cycles, including Spin Only, which is very hard to find in any other washers.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smells and I don't like how it operates as well as a top loader. You have to keep the door open so it will dry out so it doesn't create mold. It also catches alot of stuff in the doors and I don't like the seal.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

This washing machine has great features. Very quiet and very minimal vibration. One design feature that would be nice is if it had a reverse-able door like the matching dryer.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: no reverse-able door

all the features you need.
quick cycles - easy to use.
WIFI option pretty useless for me but is fun to use occasionally.

Need to leave door open after a wash to make sure it dries otherwise it can smell a bit inside.

This washer worked well for the first year and a half. Just under two years into its use it is now completely dead and no longer under warranty. Samsung should make a product it is proud to stand by for longer than 12 months.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, dead in less than two years
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome washer, love the touchscreen. I dont really understand the point of the smart control, someone still has to physically load the washer and why not just start it right there? Need to search for the washer on the app then pick a cycle and start it doesnt make much sense. For the price i wish the pedestals came with it, haven't felt like wasting the money on them. speaker is loud enough to hear upstairs.

Super washer...App on unit not so good!

The washer is great like all the other ratings say but the app,( like all the other reviews,) is limited or useless. It setup to network just fine but you have to activate the app each time you it to just tell you how much more time is left of your washing cycle...that is it! Needs to be updated with the "stay on at all times" feature. Also, the outside option is not real clear on setting it up..
Over all very nice washer that cleans very well! 5 Stars if the App worked better!!!!
Pros: state of the art washer
Cons: app is not useful at this time.
