I love the design and display of this dryer. Looks great with the matching washer! Very quiet machine. Fast and efficient. Even sings a song when the load is done!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Very easy to use! No matter how many clothes I throw in there it dryer everything very well! No wrinkles. There's a shoe rack-great idea for your sneakers! I love it! Love every feature-and there's loads of them!

Easy to use - hate the music

LOL - I know it's a dryer and that part works fantastic. Dries quickly, lots of cycle choices, great capacity. Only thing I don't like is that you can't turn off the music it plays at end of cycle without turning off all sounds. I would love just a beep, or single chime, but you'd think you just opened a music box when it is finished drying!
Pros: Inexpensive

Dryer does a fantastic job on all types of clothes, bedding, and towels. Permanent press clothes come out as if from the dry cleaner, very little to press.

I had this product for a month. Works well with low noise level, and clothes had little wrinkle even without using wrinkle free feature. Starting and ending music are pleasant. Easy to clean the lint basket.

Dryer Noise

We decided to go with Samsung due to our impression of the good things we believed they had. We wanted the Steam option which this model had and seems to work as expected. It dries good although on a couple occasions had indicated it completed the cycle but the load was still damp. Most of our disappointment is in the rumble the dryer makes with running. From what I can see, it seems like the design of the location where the rollers ride. It's not smooth by any means and has ripples in the groove. Other dryers that have a smooth riding surface make much less noise. We had a service man look at the dryer and he said it was normal. In my opinion, any noise/vibration can only lead to failure of parts down the road. Another disappointment is in the chrome ring on/around the door. It does not have a good smooth even chrome finish like other chrome parts, you can see finger prints in the chrome that can not be removed.
We would not recommend this dryer to others unless you don't care about the items we mentioned.
