Great refrigerator until the compressor quit and every repairman I contacted said go buy a new one but not an LG.

Poorly made. I’ve owned this refrigerator for a few years and the door is coming apart with standard use, water filter housing broke while attempting to replace the filter, and now the entire unit is no longer cooling

I love the design, space, appearance of my LG linear compressor refrigerator but definitely hate the fact that in 5.5 years the compressor has been replaced twice and the ice maker once. I don’t see a technical reason for it and wouldn’t buy an LG refrigerator anytime soon.

3.5 yrs in and compressor broke down, had difficult time with service getting it fixed and getting reimbursed for the food that went to waste. Now, 1 year later something loud like a fan is coming out and have to pay out of pocket for it. Just the aesthetic is nice, otherwise dont buy unless you ready to shed some $$$.

The fridge is spacious and works great. The door in door option is amazing and the folding shelf is a great feature. Only negative is the small ice maker.
