We had a technician come out again this week and put in a new compressor He was really nice and professional. I had to put in a ticket the next day not working so waiting this week for them to come out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this product for almost 5 years and have had nothing but trouble with it! It has been reapired several times and I have received 600 dollars in lost food due to compressers going out several times. I have also had trouble with the ice maker and water distrubution panel which both had to be replaced. I always thought LG was a great product buit after buyingt 4 items and having trouble with two of them I will buy another products when my present ones go out again. Luckly I have a 5 year service plan!!!
