High end with wonderful features

After an initial issue with the compressor (which is why 4 instead of 5 stars were awarded), this thing runs like a champ. We saw an immediate decrease in our energy usage with the awesome door feature which allows us access to the most frequently used items without opening the entire appliance. I love the versatility of the drawers in the refrigerator unit as well as the functional pieces of the freezer unit. I do wish the freezer had a bigger ice reserve section as we are frequently over flowing with ice and it would be nice to have a larger reserve for parties and such...but why complain?

The space and layout of the drawers and bins is perfect for all my needs. I can now buy family sized pizzas that fit properly. All my food last longer, from meats to vegetables. The outer door is really amazing for quick access and keeping the rest of the contents cold.

Good Day,
I love LG, however it was a shock after having this item for less than 3years it broke down and all my food went bad and I just went and spend $825.00 on grocery that Saturday and to be inform the piece is under warranty but I will not receive reimbursement for my grocery. I am upset because it's LG fault and I have been with out the item for over 3 weeks having to buy food outside.
