[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works great but my issue is the water filter housing. Seems like the housing is defective and replacement filter will not fit and unit is just out of warranty.

Bought 3 1/2 years ago and were very pleased with it until the compressor went out, LG service technician was very good and replaced the compressor. Three days later it reached 40F in the freezer. Tech came right out and could find nothing wrong and it was back cooling. Since then it has been performing satisfactorily. Really like the design and hope in another three years it does not need a compressor replaced.

I fell in love instantly; This refrigerator has all the bells and whistles. I love how you can organize all of your groceries, even the small items. It makes everything so easy to arrange. The extra space you get when you open the door is so functional. The refrigerator gives you a guide so your fruits, vegetables, and meats will keep fresh. Cleaning is effortless. This refrigerator deserves ten stars. This refrig is one of the best items I have ever purchased.LG, you have done it again. Life is Good especially when I bought this refrigarator.

LG was good to work with to get it fixed but they contract with another company to come out to fix it which took over three weeks. So I did not have a refrigerator for over three weeks.
