We've had our LG refrigerator for 3 1/2 years and have had two warranty fixes. This last one resulted in the frig stopping entirely while we on vacation. We lost ALL our food. That was on Sept. 20. We can't get anyone to fix it until Oct. 12! AND we discovered there was a class action lawsuit against LG because of this very issue of a faulty compressor. My fear now is that they will put in the same darn thing and I'll be calling again in 3 years. Stay away from LG for refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The model is very convenient, with the easy access beverage door. Wish the ice maker had more capacity, and have had issues with the compressor. However, LG service was amazing and fixed the problems in one day with two visits.
