[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall design, but it has some flaws. Pros - uniform temperature, easy-to-clean, good use of space, large freezer compartment, filters are easy to change. Cons - the compressor failed after 3 years of normal service (but it was under warranty and was repaired at no cost), ice-maker in the door (actually, this is both a pro and a con - ice-maker does not take up space, but unless you use a lot of ice, freezing/thawing causes the ice-maker to become blocked).
Pros: Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

It has the door in the door for easy access to milk and water bottles, etc.
Water and ice in door with temp settings. Ice maker is in door but small enough to not take up a lot of space but keeps up with our demand of use.

To be honest I thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs! However it was covered from the company. However, having them come out a week later did causing me to throw all the food out even for the the two Birthday parties that were suppose to happen. Which total out for $850 plus the two cakes rounding it off. Because we did realize it went out for a few days we just thought the ice maker wasnt working. so i hope we get good coverage on the food we lost. I know it wasn’t there fault it just we only had the refrigerator for two years. However great customer service. The next thing It just wait for 7-10 business to hear back for the the replacement of the food.

Didn’t care it had some dings on it so long as it worked. The only issue I have is fan rattling. But in all fairness the floor is a bit thin over a crawl space. So long as I keep it balanced, we seem to be good.
