[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems except ice maker Dispensing ice with not cup near switch only happened once for a few minutes . Then compressor died and would not cool took over a week to get it repaired

I bought this expensive brand and model because of warranty and name brand. The compressor failed 2.5 years after owning. Repair has been challenging in a rural area. LG customer service has been excellent.

Returning from Florida, we found our 2+ year old LG Refrigerador had stopped running and all of the food and leaving a horrible mess. It was repaired under warranty to replace the compressor. A few weeks later, we noticed our freezer was not holding the -2 degree setting. Another visit by the repair people indicates we need another major overhaul that we have been waiting for now three weeks..I have no confidence that it will ever get repaired to provide the service I have gotten from refrigerators in my lifetime. I am hearing from friends on Facebook that they have experienced, or know people who have had similar unreliability from LG Refrigerators. I am hoping for a major class action suit against LG. This is a horrible, unreliable product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July 2020 and it stopped cooling and not making any ice. My previous LG fridge lasted 8 years and I enjoyed the brank so I purchased this one. But this time is a little dissapointing.
