[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator on 3/30/20 to replace an old unit. It's spacious, and has a great ice maker/water dispenser, and I really ended up loving the mini door in the front right of the unit. But less than two months into ownership, we had to have the back of the unit replaced (under warranty) because things were freezing in the fridge section. Now, almost a year since we purchased it, we've had to go through the warranty process again because food is freezing in the fridge again. A technician came out and diagnosed the issue and we're waiting for a part to fix it, but I think it's pretty ridiculous to have two warranty issues in less than a year of ownership, especially with the cost of this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought June of 2019 and the compressor went out March 2021. I think it should of lasted longer that that. Thankfully we had an extended warranty on it. Hoping we dont have any more problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 things: I don't know why the coils and such that need to be cleaned often are in the back when refrigerators are so often built into cabinets??not smart! Also at 3 years the condenser should not have failed. LG likely knew they were using an inferior part. Maybe these complaints are true of other companies also but it was an LG that I bought.
