[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator decided to break on us about a month ago now so we needed a refrigerator ASAP. My fiance and I are getting married in 5 months so we didn't have much money to suddenly put into replacing it. We went shopping at a couple locations and kept coming back to the LG appliances. At first we were trying to look on the cheaper end of things but then decided we might as well buy what will make is happy and hopefully last for years to come. The sales team I was working with brought up their website and went through all of the "would recommend" and reviews to show us. The LG's were rates better than most other brands on there. What got us about this specific refrigerator was the value. I didn't want something with too many "bells & whistles" out of fear that there would be more that could go wrong. This refrigerator has very nice features and I like that the compressor is warrantied for 10 years. I was also VERY concerned about how big and obnoxious the ice maker would be, but sine it's built into the door I have the entire shelving inside available as well as the shelves on the door still. They look shallow but you would be surprised by all that fits! Now, since we have hooked it up and really have begun using it I am happy to say we made the right choice. It cools things down in the door way faster than using the traditional shelves and I love how far the freezer pulls out. The only negative thing I would even have to say was that i wish the crisper drawers would pull out a little bit further, but that's not worth docking the fridge a star for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful fridge provides tons of room in both the cool and frozen sections. Shelves and drawers make it easy to organize food. The door-in-door feature is very convenient. I keep all my snacks in the outer door so I don't have to open the entire fridge to retrieve a drink or other snack. I love the matte steel finish..it is beautiful as well as easy to care for. The freezer holds loads of frozen food and is easy to access. The water/ice dispenser is absolutely the best, dispensing water, cubes and crushed ice. I can't think of any negatives.......

Very quiet and most important, it maintains a steady temperature throughout every section of the cabinet, even the door in a door section. Excellent options on the drawers.

I love the wide deli drawer for party trays. The freezer opens so easily and holds a lot my husband loves the upper freezer pull out drawer for his frozen snacks.

It was a code that required a service visit. The place I bought it had no more to change out. We really liked the layout of the one we picked out. We have a family of 6, and it was the one for us. So we scheduled a service call. He came on tues., and still not working. It took 3 weeks, 2 reschedules from them to get it, and as of today, still not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it about 3 weeks ago, about the same size as old ref. but the storage in the ref. compartment is less convenient. have less door storage for larger items, and both doors have to be wide open to slide the deli drawer out, and the right side drawer won't slide out unless both doors are open

4 months and 7cent micro processor goes bad and water shoots all over kitchen floor till lock on door can be set. 7 phone calls and 5 hours wasted talking to a CUSTOMER NON-SERVICE collective of people that don't listen, don't speak, don't help... worst waste of time this decade...

The only change I would make would be a little more shelf space for "tall" items but we've worked around this and it is great. If LG would make an automobile this good I would stand in line to buy one!
