Beware the LG brand

This very expensive refrigerator is 5 years old and the compressor stopped working. Additionally, it has already had one repair to the ice maker. Also purchased at the same time was an LG dishwasher. The entire board went out and it had to be replaced. I have been very discouraged with this brand and I do not recommend it.

RIP LG refrigerator

I bought this in June 2018. It was great while it lasted. It just stop working on May 24,2024. After several attempts to repair it, we had no choice but to put it to rest and purchase a replacement. It only lasted 5 years. We had almost 4 weeks without a refrigerator and lost hundreds in food. Shame on LG.

Spacious, accessible, and dependable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been with this refrigerator for over several years now. I been very impressed how it works as well the enormous space inside. We are family of 7 so having fresh food to eat has not been the problem. It features an easy access to items without the need to open the doors completely is a plus. Most of all I enjoy how quiet this refrigerator is. I have a simple house and my refrigerator is like in the middle of the house I have to tell you I do not hear it run. Let’s not forget the freezer section, if there is a place to keep your frozen items frozen and at the same time having the ability to access them easily. Then you will love this feature and its unique way to store food. For a longer time frame. My kids had never complained about the water tasting bad since the filter inside the refrigerator makes not only good to drink but it keeps the water fresh and cool.

Compressor issues.

I have had this refrigerator for 5 years and the compressor quit on me. Had someone come out to tell me it is shot. I’m moving on and will not buy another LG. Seen a lot of issues with their compressor.

Avoid LG!
