[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent unit. This is a "door-in-door" model and I would highly recommend this feature. The unit is exceptionally quiet. The only downside, and it is really more of an annoyance, is with the ice maker. Sometimes the ice cubes stick together in the upper corners and have to be pushed apart. Also, when dispensing ice, you must hold the glass up against the dispenser opening otherwise small pieces of ice will fall outside of the glass. If LG could correct these two "annoyances", this would be the perfect refrigerator/freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks and are pleased with it. We had to get used to the door in door but we can see the advantages. We like the fact that the ice maker is reasonably quiet compare to the refrigerator that the LG replaced. We bought the matching LG range, 30" slide in and the convection microwave oven. I'm and Industrial Designer so I can appreciate the appearance, especially the range. Biggest problem the graphics are a bit hard to read for a senior citizen.
