Just got the Longhorn offset smoker just before Christmas. I LOVE THIS SMOKER !! I’m a really great grilling over direct heat and used grills, this smoker was easy to assemble. However, do what the instructions say and get some help!!! I’m was able to get it together by myself, but I’m in fairly good shape. I smoked 4 full racks of ribs on it very easily. The dampers are very easy to work. I truly recommend this product for a beginner or anyone who loves smoking meats.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had mine for 5 years. I’ve had numerous smokers. And old Joe works like a champ. I oil down the inside with juices from smokin brisket,ribs ,chicken. And still holding strong. Grilling or smoking. Love this bad boy !!!!!!!

I have had this grill for 10 years now the only thing that has any issues are the fire greats the barrel is a bit thinner now

Setup is almost perfect! I am very happy with my purchase. One ding is that my grill Label was not affixed to the hood of the grill and it was missing, I would love it if you all would send me a replacement. I also did some modifications by adding some grill tape in some places to eliminate smoke escapes..

Took my Oklahoma Joes to the smoker graveyard (scrap yard) June 2025. Not bad considering I purchased it in June 2000. Can’t imagine how many pounds of meat I smoked on that thing. Definitely worth what I paid for it, little pricier than what I paid for it back then.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well packaged. Easy installation with excellent instructions and videos.
Seasoned and ready for first cook. Very minimal smoke from the lid not a problem!

I had for a few years. Can't get parts, need new handlles, replace the rusty ones, need new racks. The serial number is worn off and the model number is no where!

This was a gift for my husbands birthday, he loves it!!
Our neighbors complimented it tonight stating it is the centerpiece for anyone that has visited, everyone is admiring it. Outstanding bet was it was at least a grand if not two grand.
My husband loves how simple it is to use and that it maintains temperature beautifully!
Would recommend for sure.
He wanted a smoker with an offset firebox and this purchase has checked all the boxes.
Worth the money.
