Excellent. Second grill exactly like previous one. That is how much I liked it. Had to learn how to control the idiosyncrasies of infra red cooking. But love the results.

The infared Bistro is the perfect size for me and my wife. Never burns even thick burgers. The grill will way out last the infared grate. Better to just purchase new grill. Great product.

We had a Char-Broil grill for many years and we are comparing the two.
The new one is easier to start and we like the hinged lid.
We don't like the small slits in the grate and it is not easy to remove.

Removal of drip tray disconnected one igniter wire. Wires need to be rerouted rather than just hanging down interfering with tray removal..
