Sags with < 50#, paint clearly reworked at factory

This product can't hold 50# without significant sag. The sage also deforms the shelf after the weight is removed, 5 mins in my case.
I purchased the white version, which has a textured finish. Mine came with visible areas ground smooth and re-painter.
This review is based on performance, but factoring in the price of the product line, and the evident lack of pride of delivered goods, I am noting overall there is little value in the wall systems. Every piece arrives damaged, with the thinnest gauge possible - and I am talking about the premier products.

Great for holding whatever you need to put on a shelf such as paint cans, battery chargers or a hefty sandwich! Installs quickly and easily onto the Geartrack wall mount system, much easier than any other shelf!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this shelf recently to add a little extra storage at the top of one wall in my garage where I've installed the 8' GearWall panels from floor to ceiling.
Arrived on time, looks really sharp and does what it is supposed to do - it's a shelf, so it's not the most complicated accessory for the GearWall panel, but it just works. Again, I really like the modularity of all the Gladiator accessories like this shelf - easy to install, sturdy and easy to move around (a little or a lot).
Really pleased with it; gets my recommendation without question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I thought this might be too long of a shelf, but it's actually better being 4 feet than just a measly 2 or 3 feet like others. I will be installing more of them below this one to create a wonderful wall of floating shelves to meet my needs. They even have these in white if that appeals to you more! To the right of this shelf, I have a some hanging items. I can't wait to fill up this wall with their shelves and really fill in and utilize the space.
