Second month using it, it’s great! Powerful and easy to clean. I love it because I have a toddler and the bottoms are on the top.

i just bought this yesterday and tried to replace the existing GE gas cooktop (30inch) with this new one and it will not fit.

Just had our other one own replaced bc one of the burners wouldn’t light. It wasn’t even a year old.

Great Look, Horrible Finish

I love my package of appliances, but they are not holding up to regular use. I am extremely thorough with cleaning and this cooktop scratches just after regular use. I have never had this issue before and had the same cooktop previous model.

Our very first gas cooktop, and we love it!

This cooktop is perfect for us. So easy to clean and pans have instant heat and instant off. We purchased a silicone "Stove Guard" for it and that makes it super easy to keep clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

attractive cooktop

1.the controls are counter intuitive.right handed folks want to turn on stove from low to high not the reverse.
2. the grates or grills are not heavy enough and the surface is difficult to clean.

From the beginning, this stove has run very hot. The front left burner is practically unusable for day-to-day cooking because of how very hot it gets. None of the burners seems to truly run on low heat, either. Also, we have had this cooktop for only about a year and a half, and all of the type/information has disappeared from around the knobs. We don't use abrasive cleansers on it; it really did not take much for these labels to chip away. It's really disappointing. Wish we had not chosen this particular appliance.

For the heat issues, we'd recommend reaching out to a qualified gas professional. That way, they can come to your home to check to make sure that your cooktop is properly connected.

For the numbers and lettering, we do not offer decals so the cooktop base itself would need to be replaced if you're wanting new number and lettering. That part can be found here: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB62X29401
