Really enjoying all 6 x 590s along with several other speakers in same Studio 5xx family
From 2 speaker setup for my classic rock to full surround for movies we love them as much today as we 4 yrs ago. Thanks JBL crew, we have many, many wonderful products in the Harman Kardon family. Over 45 years of enjoyment from a wide variety of equipment. Keep Us Rockin !!

loud, can take decent power.

i have these on a 250w/ch a/b amp. these get loud, have good bass responce - great in the midbass. used as front L/R in my 11ch atmos setup. i reach 121db in the room. they are paired with a 21" sub.
the xovers might be a bit light. the tweets tend to distort before the woffers max out. still, able to get to very high volumes.
the audio is pretty clear, good imaging.

I have used and loved your speakers for over 35 years but these are very disapointing.
