My second set

Loved my first pair so much after owning them 6 years I got another set for another room, and so I can have a full set for surround sound for my next place. Read the reviews on audio sites about these, you will not be disappointed.. For the price they are amazing. If you catch them on sale its probably the best audio deal you'll ever get for new speakers.

Perfect size for my installation

I had some really old Epicure speakers that really needed an update. I wanted really high quality for the limited space I have next to the TV. I use JBLs everywhere else in the house, so now the 530s. They are just right, driven by a Dynaco tube amp. Full volume in the space!

Everything that the 5 star reviews are right on the money. I've AR's, Boston A's, Allison's, Yamahas, Sony's, but non of them can match the JBL 530.

Finally Actual Compression Drivers!

I grew up with my father's James Lansing Signature speakers that had the famous bullet nose compression drivers. These speakers in my small apartment present high frequencies much the same way. It's a great addition to my sound system, and brings back wonderful memories. The 530's are very well balanced, and extremely powerful for their size.

Overall nice product. But both speakers JBL logo badges are put on crooked. (Tilted off
horizontal by same amount on each speaker.)
