These 530s are pretty awesome!

Nice, clear sound. Pairs well with a good subwoofer, of course. I’ve experienced very little top end clipping. I’d say 85% of the music played through these sound absolutely flawless at fairly high volume levels.

Big sound from little speakers

I replaced a pair of hls810s from 2001 and couldn't be happier. Clean, clear with all kinds of subtly. Love.

I changed over from some killer klipsch bookshelves. They sounded great. These are on a while other level. Seriously. I’m talking Jordan takes on a junior high basketball star. Everything is exactly where it should be, and nothing is missing, flat, or overdone. No ear fatigue, no wishing there was more mid, or treble or whatever. These are good. Get em. You’ll be glad you did.

I have returned these already - after a week. They are decent speakers for the price but not high quality. Since they are 6-ohms my amp was overheating when I really cranked the volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for the feedback about our JBL Studio 530, the impedance of these speakers are rated at 6ohms, we recommend getting an amplifier that can drive 125 watts of power for the speakers as this is the recommended amplifier power. Buy these pronto. I've bought and sold 8 different pairs of bookshelf speakers over the years. KEF, Energy, B&W, Mission, Wharfedale, Klipsch, etc.... The audiophile search is over. I'm blown away by sound and clarity of these JBL speakers.

I love them beside a couple of things I don’t know how to use the extra pieces that came with it and trying to adjust the bass. Otherwise the sound is great
