A Whole Bunch of Options That Do Nothing

You can't personalize the preset settings, so I end up just using the cotton setting and turn on "antibacterial" just to get a higher heat setting. I feel like an engineer every time I do laundry. What's the point of the options then?

The machine is always crying that the ducts are clogged but they're not. At all.
And drying anything large is a huge pain in the behind. It wads up and by the end of the cycle your sheets are a giant dry ball. Or so it seems..... once you unravel the ball it's soaking wet inside. It will literally take me an entire day to dry one set of sheets. Not to mention it ruins the quality of the sheets because it exposes the dry areas to additional unnecessary heat. Dryer balls do nothing for this issue. NOTHING FIXES THIS ISSUE!!! Other than buying a different dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Takes forever to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a single mom who finally splurged on a new dryer and I get ssoooo frustrated each time I go downstairs to get my load of clean laundry out of the dryer only to find they are still damp (again). I've taken off the energy preserve function and will sometimes have to run my towels for over 2 hours! I've had the dryer vent checked to rule that issue out. It gets a 2 star only because at least it looks better than the 15 year dryer that it replaced. So frustrated.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nearly 30 cubic ft of awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought just before Thanksgiving, and was able to thaw my 28lb turkey for three days in this fridge without sacrificing anything else. No ice maker taking up space in the main compartment (on the door instead) means I still had room for milk, large juice bottles, two each pumpkin and pecan pies, two dozen eggs, all the extra stuff that comes with a large holiday meal prep, plus all the everyday comfort food items for our family. The custom drawer is a wonderful addition!
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

Both dryer and washer not happy with both not worth buying. Washer shimmy all the time have on LG stands. I don't think I will be anything LG very soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly it has so many settings that I can't figure out which one is the best so i just do the timed drying for 30 minutes. It does a great job no matter what type of clothes i'm drying. I am not sure if its necessary to do the cotton setting for 57 minutes when the towels are dry with my 30 minute setting so i just keep it there for everything. The little music it plays when it turns on reminds me of Christmas so I like it.
Pros: Performance
