The COAST Polysteel 600 is a great all around light for it's price point. It's steel on the inside so it's much tougher than cheap plastic but has a poly coated exterior for better shock absorption than many higher priced alloy lights. It's 600 lumen so it throws a nice long beam but focuses down to a broad evenly lit beam as a work light. Customer service and COAST'S lifetime warranty is the best !
