Great company ,they stand behind their products and have a great customer service department . I received this flashlight as a gift. I sent them a email and I had a reply the next day. All i had to do is take a couple pictures and after they reviewed my claim I received another email stating that I would be getting a new replacement light. About a week later it arrived and even included new batteries. No hassle No cost to replace
That kind of service means alot to me. I recommend getting yourself a Polysteel 600.

The flashlight had been a gift to my mother in law . After a couple of years it quit working . I contacted Coast , and within days her new one arrived !
There is no company that has a s good of customer service as Coast in my opinion.
I purchased my first coast flashlight several years ago. Since that time , it is the ONLY brand that I buy !

The switch went bad good thing I save all paperwork …
Found guarantee ,misplaced flashlight (company wants a photo for proof of ownership) customer service was very patient & helpful.
EASY & fast replacement .

Can't go wrong with Coast products and service

Polysteel 600,(awesome),i still have my original Polysteel 600 and use it every night between working,fishing and other outdoor activities. When i eventually started to have problems with the tail switch that was getting worn out from years of constant every day use Coast replaced it.i have 4 coast flashlights and 2 of them are Polysteel 600 and i couldn't possibly say anything negative about their products, i highly recommend Coast products and look forward to trying some of their new knives they've added to their product line

Awesome flashlights! Love the lifetime warranty and the fast hassle free claims if your flashlight ever goes bad.Flashlights here get used a lot and we chose Coast brand over all of it's competitors'.

We got this for my 90 year old dad to help him with his daily tasks. He has macular degeneration and glaucoma and says the brightness of the light is perfect for his needs.
