Bought this many years ago (10+) and it has served me well. Coast replaced it when it stopped working. I lent it to my wife, and now I need to buy another one. Highly recommended, well made flashlight.

The coast quality reliability stand out that is why I own so many coast Lights. I would suggest that they could Cut back on the cardboard packaging it's just too much. It is such a heavy duty well constructed box for my G19 lamp I don't want to throw it away.

Good 30 day light

The on/off is easily triggered when stored in a front pocket. I maybe dropped it from a standing height 2-3 times and one day about a month after purchase the light stopped working.
It’s hard to put trust into in the company after that. Hopefully they put more R&D into there top of the line products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
