No front facing camera!

Who in 2015 doesnt want to take selfies with their best friends??? UGHH Not anyone who owns this phone. I was devastated to find NO front facing camera! I cant Tango or Skype with my family across the country either! Not cool...If you are still stuck in the twilight zone and dont take photos, skype, or tango and just want to call people this is the phone for you :) Good luck!

I can not text Bal to my bank to get my balance. Can not get any answers to fix this problem. Have never had this problem before with a LG phone or Verizon. Why cant any one help me! ? Anyone else have this problem? I have a LG Optimus exceed 2 phone

Really good phone!

This is a really good phone and I enjoy it very much but, whenever I try the software update it says "download unsuccessful to try again go to Apps, Settings, Software updates" If you can help me out that would be great! Thank you for your time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had the phone for about 2 years now i love it the only problem is that it has a storage problem i deleted everything i didn't use and i only have 4 apps and it still says i have insufficient storage even when its a small app

sdcard card limitations

While potentially a great value and great phone. it is severely hampered by kit kat's inability to properly use the SD card. Google has changed the way the android operating system uses sdcards. If you install an app it has sever limitations on using the sdcard and it's adversely effecting the performance of the phone.
Bottom line would love to see LG fix this problem. However even though the Android operating system is a open operating system google has insisted on the SD card limitations, Google is saying its for security but in all truth. all's it is really doing is forcing consumers to use Google's built-in applications.
with this phone there is a emulated SD card but unfortunately use as phone memory thus severely hampering the phones performance because the phone very quickly uses up it's limited memory.

In closing there are two ways LG could address this sdcard issue. 1) Add a more memory but that would be costly.
2) Simply ignore Googles mandate on sdcard sdcards and allow users to choose whether or not to restrict apps access to the sdcard.

great phone poor screen durability

I love everything about the phone except that it is cracked after only a month of use. Also have heard from others that theirs cracked too!

I am very happy with this product. it has met the needs that I had when looking for a new phone. It is very functional and I like the screen size. I have found it to be reliable and tough. it lacks a few features my previous phone had but it is still a great product.
