Works great in my Woodwind

I would not think of making a turkey any other way. Up to a certain size, it will sort of fit in my Woodwind. The turkey does touch the top cover, and I make sure it's clean. For a turkey that won't fit, I found a trick: Just put the turkey cannon tube into the turkey without the bottom stand. The Cannon tube doesn't fall out, but things sag enough so it can still hold liquid. The turkey then rests directly on the clean cooking grate, and the Cannon pipes heat into the middle just like with the stand.

It was my first time to smoke a Turkey on my Woodwind grill. Using the Turkey Cannon Infusion was very simple. Not really knowing what kind of liquid to use, we decided to use beer, and we put different spices mixed with it. I have to tell you... The turkey turned out great. Moist, and fast to cook. Looks like I'll do a summer turkey, as it was so easy.

I have had a Turkey cannon for years, it is simply the bet way to cook turkey on the grill. Many of my friends have picked one up, one is actually a convert from turkey frying.

I've had my turkey cannon for 5+ years and love it. It cooks the bird much faster than conventional oven roasting and oh-so-moist. I fill mine with quartered and sliced fruits. This year, orange and apple.

We love the turkey cannon. It makes turkey so much better than we’ve ever had, fill it with better than bouillon roasted chicken broth and it adds so much flavor. I give four stars because it can be a little temperamental if you have a large bird but if you’re careful it works great!

Got this last year for Thanksgiving and it ROCKS! Besides simple to use and keeping the bird very moist it added tremendous flavor, and it kept the bird in a good position to evenly cook. Love it, great product!
