Not Working

Purchased electric griddle on 10/25/2024. I attempted to cook pancakes on the griddle two days later. Plugged the variable heat power cord into the griddle, did not heat up. The indicator light on the power cord did not light up. I attempted to unplug and replug the power cord multiple times.
