Works well to keep dust and debris in the tank

I really want to love this vacuum. After assembling it, which was pretty easy, I was impressed with the suction and no dust blowing around ! However, the vacuum foot kept getting stuck on my rugs. The button to raise and lower the bristles won’t stay in position and collapses to the bare floor position. The hose handle kept detaching from the metal hose tube…about 20 times. Very frustrating. I would really like a better foot and a notch or something in the connection with the hose so it will stay connected! All that being said…it apparently works quite well as the water that I poured out was absolutely gross but the air in the room was dust free and smelled clean and fresh!

This vacuum really sucks

The cleaning ability is great as long as you’re on bare floor. The foot is cheap and gets stuck every time you try to vacuum a rug no matter the thickness. I wrote to customer service to buy a better quality foot and they were of absolutely no help. I saw on another review that they purchased a foot on Amazon that fit it so I guess I’ll go that route. Makes no sense to me why they wouldn’t improve the foot for their own product. In addition, the hose connection falls apart while vacuuming and that’s very frustrating having to reattach it over and over. Why not have it click on like most other hoses? Also I’m not a fan of the canister banging into everything and the cord seems to always wrapped around the canister. So frustrating. It’s also heavy and awkward to empty and clean the canister after use. This review will probably not be approved but I sure wish I’d have known of these issues and I definitely would have purchased a different vacuum as this clunker is sitting in a closet unusable and I having to use our old yucky one until I figure out a solution. At least they could tell me what size foot to buy elsewhere although at this point I’m pretty over it.

Well, I have had a rainbow in the past, so the concept of a water "filter" appeals to me. It is not for everyone of course, more work to set up and clean. But for 5% of the price of a Rainbow, it will work.

It works well but is not made for tall people. It would be nice if it was made for someone that is 5'10" so I don't have to bend over to vacuum.

Love this product and purchased two from Macy's. One was for my sister, and she also loves it! However, we find that the hose is too short, and we are trying to obtain replacement parts such as additional sponges and filters.
