I have received this rice cooker on time but when I open the box, I've found there is a defect on the cooker, it is a bad one so I decided to return it and replace it with a new one. Been waiting for a week and they asked me to send photos which I can't find a way to attach the photos, still waiting for someone to show me how to attach the photos before they allow me to return this defected product. So far no one replies to me today. But Ross is pretty helpful in Seller. She is the only one reply me last couple days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
