Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven Helps With Busy Weeknights
on December 13, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free Party Pack from House Party with the Panasonic CIO to try and review. I've used it several times now and can definitely see the value in preparing quick meals. I love that it's so small, compared to my oven and I can use it for just about anything. The time to cook meals is reduced by about 20% when compared to using my oven. I also really like the grill like design of the cooking pan. It helps circulate heat/air beneath the food giving it a nice sear or crunch on the bottom. This kitchen tool has already become a house favorite. I also regularly find myself using it vs the microwave to reheat a meal. It just tastes better! #myCIO #Sponsored

Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven as a free party pack after being selected as a House Party Host. This oven is quite pricey so it is definitely an investment. It is great at grilling and cooking combinations of things (meat and vegetables). I don't feel that it is that great at toasting and you have to add water in the pan to do so. Reading the directions is crucial because it has a ton of rules and regulations but I feel that after using it for a while you will get use to it as we usually do with any other appliance. Also as promised it does cook quickly.

Sliced bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For working parents, this thing is the best thing since sliced bread. Seriously. This is revolutionary in changing the ease of making home cooked dinners on weeknights. I am constantly planning and making freezer meals to try to accomplish weeknight home cooked meals. That takes a lot of planning, prep and time I already don't have. I can now skip that step!! This godsend allows me to come home from work, quickly cook our meals, and move on with our nights. This allows you to not be a slave to your kitchen. Thank you!

My new favorite appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to be selected as a House Party Host for the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven, and I love it! We have made many things in it, and I have loved how much more quickly things cook in it. I have made bagels and toast(my poor toaster has been jealous, as I haven't used it since I have gotten this) and I can't believe how much better my homemade pizza turnes out in half the time! The meals have turned out great as well, especially the chicken and veggies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the Panasonic oven last night with two recipes. I wish the oven came with a fever instruction manual instead of just a cook book, because the times seemed off from the cookbook. I was very impressed with how quickly I could brown my bread crumbs, but was very unimpressed with the recipes. Hoping it is the cookbook that is the problem. Will try making nachos tonight.

Good for certain dishes, not as all encompassing as I had hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know a lot about induction cooking before getting this oven so it has been a learning experience! Initially I thought this would be a replacement for our larger toaster oven on our counter where we make things like nachos, smaller casseroles, etc. However, after using the induction oven a few times, it is not good for things we typically used a toaster oven for. I think the real benefit of the oven comes in cooking various meat and seafood items. I am still trying to figure out the exact timing for chicken breasts. I have overcooked them in this oven both times that I have tried. However, the oven was perfect for the salmon - it was amazing! All in all, as a mother of two young kids who works full-time outside of the home, I like the short cooking times that this oven allows for. At the same time, I am not entirely certain that I need this as a secondary oven/appliance in my house. I did not like how small the interior is. Plausibly you should be able to put things like casseroles in it, on top of the grill pan but that does not allow for very much room and when I did that, the item burned. I will still be trying out some other dishes including roasted vegetables and the grill feature.
I received the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven free as part of the House Party Host program. All opinions are my own.

Perfect for a couple or small family
on December 14, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a family of 4 the oven wasnt large enough to cook the way I like - enough for 2 meals. Cook once and eat twice :) It was nice to be able to make an entire meal in one shot though - Meat, potato and veggie. Unfortunately the unit doesn't quite replace my toaster oven for bread and English muffins. The items dont toast well and since the unit takes up a large amount of counter space, I can't have both. Overall, if it were larger and worked better with everyday items I use my toaster for I would rate it higher.

Great Oven That Makes Meals Fast
on December 14, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this oven from House Party. It is a great oven with the ability to cook healthy and other meals fast. It's not a microwave and enan=bles you to cook quality meals. It is a little big for the counter, so you need room.
