Amazing oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven! It makes grilling indoors a breeze. My food tastes like it was grilled outside. I love the combo feature of grilling and baking. There's nothing like it! My only complaint would be the interference with Bluetooth devices as well as needing it to be the only appliance on an outlet. When I was using the oven, it would turn Alexa on and she would start trying to communicate with the oven instead of playing the music we requested. I received this product for free and can't wait to try some of the other recipes!

Best for one pan meals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in a Party Pack from House Party. I had hoped this would eliminate the need for a toaster oven but it doesn't. It's more work to use it as a toaster (must add water to the tray) and takes longer.
I have cooked a frozen appetizer, frozen pizza, cookies, and a one-pan dish (the chicken and veggies recipe). This is meant for those one pan meals. That mode of cooking truly takes less time than baking in an oven. When you have to use the bake function for cookies, chicken nuggets, and the like I think you have to get to know it a bit more. It destroyed the cookies and I followed the directions as well as had them in for LESS time than suggested. I was really disappointed about that. The pizza was cooked to perfection as was the one pan chicken dish.
This takes up a lot of space but I put it where we tend to collect clutter anyway. I really appreciate the lock function so little kids can't turn it on by themselves. The tray is very heavy but easy to clean. I don't like that the tray must be in the oven in preheat mode. Then I'm taking a heavy and super hot tray out to put the food on it.
I'll definitely play around more and use this for frozen pizzas and the one pan meals. I think that's really what it is best suited for!

Wonderful Item So Easy to use
on December 12, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This past weekend we had some friends over for an Ugly Sweater Christmas Party. We were hosting dinner and I needed extra space to cook as not everything fit in my oven. I used the induction over to Grill Chicken and it came out beautifully. In fact it came out better then when we put it on the grill. I also used it before the party to bake cookies and a cobbler. They turned out so wonderful. None of my friends could believe the items had been cooked in what looked like a microwave. This is so much more than a microwave. I am so excited to have it and can't wait to use it again! It makes meal preparation so easy. And I actually want to cook because I have room to do so!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Panasonic oven is perfect for the busy family! Whether you want to cook a complete meal or make a meal for one, this product is perfect for you. During the busy holiday season, the oven allowed me to multi-task baking cookies while my oven was working in overdrive for our holiday meal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great option if you are looking for an all in one appliance. It is onnthe large side so make sure you have ample counter space. It does not necessarily cook faster but it does cook nicely!!

Innovative Way to Cook Healthier
on December 12, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Panasonic's Countertop Induction Oven is a cleaver new product that leaves your old toaster oven in the dust. This innovative oven provides a new way to get a healthy dinner on the table in a shorter period of time.
Everything you cook in the induction oven is dependent on the grill pan (which is included).. The "secret" is when it cooks the air circulates which quickens the cooking process and help develop extra flavor. You can bake, grill, broil, even do a combo of both in it. When baking, the simplest thing to do is place a little aluminum foil on top of the grill pan. Easy clean up, too.
Since I was offered this oven for free in return for trying it out & giving my honest review, I will say it does take a little getting used to. It took a little longer than my old toaster oven to heat up BUT it cooks lightyears better and faster than it ever could (and it wasn't a cheap one either!)
So, what did I make in this oven? For dinner I made the most delicious steak. I also made a one pan chicken and veggie dish that even my kids liked. I made pirogies which I brushed with a little olive oil. I even made pizza bagels in it for a kids playdate. Everything was cooked through and was perfect.
This dynamo can honestly replace your big oven for weeknight meals. I know that in the summer months this oven will be a great so I don't have to heat up the entire house. This oven would also be an excellent alternative for those who live in small apartments, live in dorms or cook for one or two people.
Panasonic's Countertop Induction Oven is a sleek looking appliance, too. Black with blue number screen & dial.Controls are easy to read and understand. Would look nice on any countertop.
The oven comes with some starter recipes - I highly recommend the chicken w/veggies and the Salmon dish. Yum!
Overall, I am pleased with my introduction to induction cooking with the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven. I highly recommend this oven to those who are into healthier cooking and have a busy schedule - which is everyone!

A great addition to a busy kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Panasonic Induction Oven i tried for free through the HouseParty program is a great little oven replacement and general kitchen help for my family of four. It has cut my dinner prep time and cleanup time in half on the nights i use it. And lunchtime with the kids is simplified, too, with autocook settings for favorites like pizza. It would be on the small side for a larger family but fits mine just right for everything from our morning toast to post-dinner brownies --and almost everything in between. I've cut my microwave and conventional oven use by 60% or more and feel like I'm saving time, too. I haven't perfected baking fish yet, but chicken, lamb, sausage, beef, pizza, chicken nuggets, cheese bread, a couple desserts and all manner of veggies have turned out great. Bonus: It has a "silent " mode, so no more annoying beeps or buzzers--i wish my regular oven did that!
