[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free Party Pack from Houseparty and Panasonic to try the product and give my honest review.
I must say, this is the most amazing piece of equipment I have ever cooked with. This is like the new toaster oven/microwave of the future! I have not used my stove since this came into my life. You have the ability to cook oven quality foods with the convenience of a microwave. The cast iron griddle that you cook with is deep, so you can cook directly on that. Clean up is a breeze with the griddle being dishwasher safe. I cooked pork steaks first. I sliced up some potatoes and veggies and drizzled with olive oil and spices. Turned it on and watched as it cooked. Pork can be tough to cook as it often gets too dry. However, the pork steaks that came out of this oven were so fork tender, I had to use a spatula to remove them since they were falling apart. It was as moist and tender as pulled pork, I am going to buy one for my elderly father in law. I think everyone will love this!

Love my CIO!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I was in love with the look and design. I love SS appliances! It fit perfect in the corner on our countertop. Second, I was impressed with the cooking capability, the food was fast and delicious! Lastly, my biggest fear upon setting it up wa "this is going to be a nightmare to clean". But it wasn't!! I was AMAZED with how easy the clean-up was!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say anything negative about the Panasonic CIO! I love the way it looks! It has a sleek, modern appearance that complements my stainless appliances perfectly and looks great in my kitchen. It was easy to get started cooking recipes from the handy recipe book that came with it. I made a quick marinade, used the poultry setting, and had a delicious chicken entree on the table in less than 30 minutes. I finished dinner before my kids finished their homework! Then I discovered how convenient the "Keep warm" feature is. It kept the food warm without over-cooking. The chicken remained moist and juicy, not dry or rubbery (the way microwaving would make it). Roasted vegetables turned out delicious. And the timer on the broil function prevents burning your food while trying to melt cheese on sandwiches or get the right amount of char on meats. I love it! I just love it! I haven't tried baking in the countertop induction oven, yet. But, if it's as quick and easy as the other cooking methods that I've tried, this oven may replace my conventional oven, microwave, and crock pot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven directly from Panasonic, and think it's a great countertop oven. I made a pizza with the oven and the induction oven was easy to use, very intuitive, and the pizza came out great. It cooked very well and evenly with the oven. The only downside is the size. I find it slightly bulky to be kept on my countertop. Overall, I think it's a great countertop oven!
