I bought this case because I received a replacement for a damaged case and did not like the way the buttons pressed. They were very hard to get to press. I purchased the gold metallic Symmetry case in the hopes that this issue would be resolved. It was and I am very happy with the button action and the look and feel of this case.

This is the thinnest Otterbox I've ever had on a phone. Love how streamlined and less bulky it is! Color is great and protects phone just as well as the bulkier covers I've purchased in the past.

Typical Otterbox quality, the only complaint I have is that based on the pictures I expected it to be a matt silver color and its actually shiny chrome which I'm afraid is going to show scratches easily. Time will tell how well the chrome finish holds up.

I was worried about how this case may fit because of the beveled sides of the phone screen, but the case fits the phone pretty securely and works well with the glass screen protector. I've already dropped the phone on concrete with the case and the phone is fine. However, just the one short drop left huge chips and scratches in the case already, which was disappointing. I was hoping it would hold up a little better cosmetically.

I bought this item and sent it straight back. It is described as being metal but it is not, it is plastic with a metallic gold paint. Very disappointing . It Seems like it will easily scratch with the glossy slick finish. It is definitely not worth more than the regular symmetry. I filled out a return and I am exchanging it for the black symmetry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's an otterbox so that part is good. It's nice and thin. My only complaint is that the color is a darker gold, almost bronze gold.
