This is my first phone with lots of the newest features. So, I want to protect it. I know about the quality of OtterBox, having visited some of the facilities in Fort Colllins and meeting current and former staff members. My wife got a new phone several months ago with a package that included an OtterBox case and screen protector. I have seen how her phone is kept secure and protected. My LGK20V is a newer model so I was happy that you make cases that work with it. I opted for the Symmetry case as your staff member that I talked with said it was a bit thicker than the other model available. The fit is perfect and the controls work as before the case was installed. I also have some of your hard plastic cases that I use when we travel. I appreciate the added security for my personal items.Thank you for making these fine products.

We had an Otter Box cover on our previous phones so, when we ordered our new phone the natural next purchase was an Otter Box. Love the fit and color. The only thing that wasn't with this one was the belt clip. I had to order my husband another brand to get the clip. He isn't happy with that.

This case is sturdy and seems like it would protect the phone well. However, I was disappointed because the back of the case is very smooth and slippery. I felt like I was more likely to drop the phone with this case on than if I was just holding it without a case. It is also a bit heavy/bulky. My sister got the defender for her iphone and that seems great and has a good grip to it. I wish they had that model for the LG K20.

I recently purchased the Symmetry Case for my LG K20 V and I am disappointed. I wanted a case that is not slick where it comes out of my hand easily. I wanted one that was rougher and had a more course finish.
