I love this case

I started using the Strata series case with my S7 Edge phone after I broke the screen and found out how much the repair was. I decided it would be worth the hassle of having a folding case if it saved the screen from impact damage. That is the something only you can decide.
I love that Otter box listened to us about the problems with the inside flap material. In the previous version of the Strata, the flap would leave marks on the screen. I have had no similar problem with my S8+ Strata.
As far as protection, I accidently left my phone on a pallet that I raised up 13' and my beloved S8 crashed onto the concrete below. I was afraid to even pick up. When I opened the flap, absolutely no damage!
Give this case a try if you want the best protection of the screen and your device. I cannot rate it highly enough...

Want more card space

Bought a few weeks ago. I was going to be able to carry several cards with it. The magnet isn't as strong as hoped to keep case closed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Cover Choice for Cell Phone

I originally purchased a Defender series"build your own" customizse case. But now that is comes without any protection for the phone screen that became a concern. So, I looked into your other screens and decided that the Strada Series Folio Case was a much better choice for my phone. Besides, my daughter had purchased a Strada case and give me "food for thought" to purchase one for myself.
I LOVE my Strada Series Folio Case...the front of my cell phone is now always protected...my phone is in a slimmer case the fits perfect into my purse or my pocket. Also, my black case adds an attractive look to my phone and snaps closed.
This was the BEST and a wiser cover choice for my Galaxy S8+. In the future, I would never purchase any other type Otterbox case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Case protects well

The case protects well but is ugly. Choices were black and brown. I chose brown hoping it would be ever so slightly more interesting than black, but it's ugly. I bought it for protection first, not looks. But c'mon Otter, how about coming out with a few colors? I'd like to stick with otter but I've seen more fun cases in this same style elsewhere that I am going to try. So, good case if you don't mind boring and ugly!

I'm really enjoying this case so far. It feels very protective, but also has a very classy look to it. The only feature I wish it had would be an opening where the camera is. There have been a few instances where I was in a hurry to take a picture, and had it delayed slightly because I forgot to flip the cover away from the lens.

Almost perfect looking cover

This cover looks awesome. Here's the thing: I got a similar looking black folio cover. The quality of the otterbox seems way better, but that one makes the phone feel less bulky. This could mean less protection. The biggest difference is price. If you have the money and want something that will last long I recommend this case.

The Form (function) is tops, best protection you can by with a folio style screen cover. The Fit is what Otterbox is known for, very well thought out magnetic latch position. From a Fashion standpoint the real leather for a great feel and wow look in the office! The overall impression is best protection you can buy with well thought out design and fashionable at that. There is only one, and that's by Otterbox!
