Very disappointed

My fiance bought our phone cases about 3 1/2 weeks ago. The rubber in our phones turned colors. Very dirty looking. I have trued all kinds of products to clean it , nothing works .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that the silicone parts on your cases are becoming discolored. This is understandably disappointing and we definitely want to help out with this unfortunate dilemma.
We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). If this doesn’t clear things up, please feel free to give our color-conscious Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can!
