The product fit our phones perfectly, with all connections and buttons accessible. Ours are LG Stylo 3, and the stylus is also easy to get to. It installs in seconds! It is easy to remove if you need to change batteries or expand memory, but doesn't let go until you want it to. Being a repeat customer, I was confident that Otterbox would protect my smartphone. That's important, because I keep my phone with me constantly and it falls out of my shirt pocket when I bend over, which is pretty often. I'll never have another phone without an Otterbox to go with it. The combination of hard shell and cushion layers is a phone-saver.

When I purchased the case, I was under the impression that it came with a screen protector. It did not. I was already willing to forego the fact that it did not come with a belt clip. This case isn't any better than the one I'm already using which cost less money. I will not be using the Otterbox. I will continue to use the one I currently have. I'm going to try and return it for a refund.
