We use this blender a few times a month to make frozen daiquiris. This evening it leaked all over our counter. At first we thought the rubber was missing, but that's not the case. We searched online for a reputable replacement part, but cannot locate one. Do they even make them?

Similar to what happened to most of the reviewer’s here, after a few uses the plastic base of the jar cracked and broke :(

The plastic around the bottom of blender is defective and cracked. Also when it cracked the rubber gasket vanished, liked crumbled in the food which I had to throw in the garbage. What a waste of food and a waste on a bad blender. I would hope you can make things right, I've been a customer for yours and only will continue if things are corrected.

Having bought this item strictly on the name of Black and Decker, I anticipated more from this product. However, it's true that you get what you pay for. The product (plastic) is not as good as others made out of glass and with more motor features. I probably will use this for a while and then purchase another with features and quality I'm accustomed to.

What a great blender. It's fast and strong. Blends smoothies or mixes great. It's thick and strong . I really love this thing..would recommend it to anyone.

Has to many problems

I bought this blender a few months ago since I have heard good things about the brand. After a few times of using the blender, I noticed leaking when I would go to pour out the content into a bowl. As easy as it is to clean up a mess, I did not spend money to create extra tasks. Now it is a few months later and the blender will not even spin. The bottom spinner will not connect to the blender and when I turn it on all the contents in the blender just sit there. I don't have another blender at the moment, so I have to keep turning it on and off since there is 3 seconds in the beginning where it spins and then gives up. I would save your money and invest in a higher quality blender.
