Works when it wants to but not all the time

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback on our Extra Alert Sensor. PIR sensors work optimally when the sensor is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the sensor the better the detection reliability. When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible. Swann Security Unit and Sensors

First, I was a pleasant surprise to receive the extra sensors in a fair amount of time. Second, once installed and coordinated with the security unit inside the house, all systems work very well.
