Not bad - but......

Yeah - this is easy, sturdy and looks good. For use on a swimming pool gate it is fabulous. But I wanted it to just sound a chime or tune, when someone came through the gate, not shock me and everyone in the street.

Works as described but would can't disable the local siren so that only the remote unit is audible. And permanent delay function would be good.

I have the same opinion as the review, the siren on the gate sensor unit is ridiculous and it can't be turned off. This should have been printed on the packaging so I didn't just waste $50. Also the gate sensor doesnt look like it would be very resistant to weather. No information on it anywhere.

My original kit which failed was replaced with a movement/heat sensor alert instead of the two part sensor. This is very sensitive and means I will have to arrange a screening to narrow its field of operation and stop it sensing my neighbours approach to my gates. I hope that will be effective....
