Side is very hot food freezes on low setting refrigerator

Hello - Thanks for your feedback. It is normal for the top and sides of the unit to be warm or hot to the touch during normal operation. Make sure that you have an inch of air space around the case to allow good airflow.
If food is frozen in the fresh food section in a full size or compact refrigerator:

The temperature is set too low. Set a slightly warmer temperature and allow 24 hours to adjust.

Verify that nothing is blocking the vents where the cold air is coming out or being sucked in. Check that nothing is blocking air circulation and remove any item that is close to the air vents.

The fridge started leaking water from the top onto the top shelf. It has taken 2 months for a service tech to come and fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died After 4 Years

Product failed after about 4 years despite two repairs provided by protection plan.

Much bigger than most other "Mini Fridges" I'm using this in the garage, even though the manual didn't recommend it, and it is keeping perfect temperature, the freezer is staying between 0deg and 15deg, the lower fridge is around 33deg to 38deg. The interior light could be a little brighter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My fridge inside the refrigerator is leaking water ,I have puddles of water leaking from inside my fridge ,it doesn't stop ,everyday I have this ,if I knew this was going to happen I would never of purchased this fridge

The light is very dim so it is very hard to see inside. Things in the back also tend to freeze. So, a bit disappointing

So far so good, I had to turn the freezer down to the lowest temperature because it was too cold and from one to nine in the fridge I had to turn it down to three or four because things were freezing in the fridge, that's how well this thing works lol so far I love it

Don’t do it!

We purchased this for our little pool house that did not have air. All we had in it was beer, sodas, water, Gatorade, etc. everything was exploding or frozen. If we turned it down one number on the dial it wasn’t cold enough. We thought it was due to the temps outside but that isn’t the case. Now we have it in our garage against an interior wall. It’s still doing the same thing but now my top shelf becomes a sheet of ice. We cleaned it out and started using it for our chicken and duck eggs but now it’s freezing and cracking all my eggs. It’s really only good for the freezer. But we only put popcicles and ice in it because we are worried it won’t freeze or freezer burn everything.
