3rd Time is the Charm

The first 2 times we ordered this range, it arrived severely damaged and was unusable. Finally the 3rd try was successful, and it was worth the wait. Very pleased with the product. It updates our kitchen nicely. The burners work evenly and the slide-out oven rack is great. Nice heavy duty grates. Only negative is that the dark top shows dust and crumbs, so daily cleaning is necessary.

Great range, but hot!!

I like all the features of this range and its look. I've baked and broiled, used convection, used burners for heat from simmer to full-flame boiling water. So far everything works just fine.
The only concern I have is then when I broil on High, I know the oven is hot, but it sure throws out a lot of heat. Just not sure running an over on high broil should heat up the kitchen 1-2 degrees. May be time for a service call to have that checked out.

I bought this on this ago to replace an electric stove. This stove has special burners for simmering, boiling large pots of water quickly and grilling. It bakes evenly with 3 racks and a. Convection feature.

Much Better Oven Than Expected

Been using this oven now for a few months and love the convection feature. Seems to cook even all the way thru. The stove top works good too! Like the push the temperature setting and he oven does the rest.The heat stays in the oven not outsde the oven like my old unit.
