Love the double oven.Love the many options of burner sizes. Love the hidden elements. I haven't found anything about this range that I do not like. I have been using now for 3 months. The bottom oven has a great rack that pulls out so it is easy to take things in and out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The stove/oven does pretty much everything okay

Have had this for a bit over 3 months now. Love having the 2 ovens and have used them both at the same time more than we thought we would. Two things are making us crazy though. The top is just a bear to keep clean. Have never had a smooth top before this and just really hate trying to keep it looking new. The other thing is the largest burner - even when on low it is extremely hot. It is great for bringing water to a boil but simmering is proving a problem.

When my 20 year old GE profile bit the dust, I began the search for a new range. After a few days of combing through online reviews of different brands, I decided to see if GE still made the profile series. When I saw they did and with a double oven, I was sold. I visited a local retailer to physically review the features and was pleased with the product and the price was amazing! The only complaint I have is the challenge with maintaining the cleanliness of the stove top.

Just got it but can't set the clock! The clock is not mentioned in the manual!! Also be aware that if you're in an older home, you'll need to create a cubby hole to put the oven block in which the oven plugs into. Newer homes come with this built into the wall. Otherwise, the oven sticks out about an inch from where your old oven sat.

Replaced a similar unit that failed repeatedly during its 2 1/2 year life - replaced control board three times, but temperature never was consistent; convection never worked properly, and recently the self-cleaning oven feature stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
