Broken part before having oven a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new custom home build. My Bosch oven was installed (during the build) and the fan broke right before having this oven for a year. This is the reason for 4 Star otherwise I would have given it a 5. Warranty department was super nice and easy to work with to get my oven fixed around the holiday season. I love Bosch and all my appliances in my home are Bosch. Happy Customer overall :)
