Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fabulous new double oven replaced a 40 +/-year old oven. I was looking for an oven that was easy to use and intuitive, I love having knobs! Last night we cooked our first meal and I cooked a whole chicken on the convection roast mode as a test. The chicken had a beautiful color on the outside and was moist on the inside. Since I was in experiment mode, I used the lower oven to roast vegetables, again they were crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Not dried out as they were with my previous oven. I am an interior designer and have used a similar Bosch oven on a recent project.

Love the double oven but some glitches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Bosch 27" Double Oven over a year ago. We love having the two ovens and the convection settings on the top oven are handy when you're pressed for time. We have encountered a few glitches connected with the electronics and high heat. When we've used the lower oven at high temperatures (such as for a scuffle) the oven will lock! And you can't get it open until you turn off the circuit breaker to reset the electronics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ovens except for a couple things. It doesn’t have a temperature probe which alerts you when your roast has a preset internal temperature and the oven light isn’t independent of each oven. There’s no option to turn the light on to just the one oven you are using. It turns on to both ovens.

Works efficiently and quietly; perfect oven for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our oven three weeks ago; started using it immediately. I love to cook, and this oven delivers in every area of performance. Baking with or without convection, roasting, broiling, warming. The timer is great and useful even when oven is not in use. I like the way this oven works, with large stainless knobs, and gently push button features on the oven's pad. Design is lovely and efficient. There is nothing I do not like about this oven. Oh, the lights are well placed inside the oven as well, and I like the way they dim when turning off, and the way they light up the interior of the oven. Contents are easily visible from the outside. The engineer placed a lot of thought into the design and craftsmanship of this oven. It is also easy to use. I love this appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed recently. Used a few times, have noticed a big difference already. Cooks evenly. Great features. Anxious to try all features of convection. Like knobs rather than all electronic touch. Feel it will be more reliable. Looks great.
