Controls are horrible!

I have had these ovens for 10 months and if I had known how poorly the timer/oven temp controls worked I would never have purchased these. It can take me 30 seconds just to get to the right time and temp. I have to touch the up and down quickly just to not skip 20 degrees or 5 minutes.
Also, I guess this is an issue with all double ovens but it is extremely noisy with the fan blowing after shut off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the knobs. That's one of the main reasons I purchased this model. Wanted to get away from all electronic controls. The timer is set on the electronic control panel and it's extremely touchy. It's a see-saw of up and down until you finally get to the correct setting. The preheat time is very slow. My guess is it's because the heating element is hidden at the bottom and not exposed. I'll get used to this but it's definitely slower than my old 1985 era oven (which was still working great BTW).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bakes & Cooks Well

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I did a lot of research before buying this double oven. I bake and cook a great deal and this is an important appliance to me. The temperature stays very even and it’s easy to wipe up spills without having to use the self clean. I do enjoy having two ovens and they both work well. I do have a problem reaching the upper oven safely and I would prefer side opening doors but I just make sure I cook heavier items in the bottom oven. There are a few issues with these double ovens though - the timer is extremely sensitive, which many others complained about. It is also quite quiet when it does ring. You need an abundance of patience to set this timer. I have ended up using my phone as a timer instead. The oven light turns on the light in both ovens at once, which isn’t usually necessary. As your oven preheats it doesn’t list the temperature as it increases. It just alerts you when the temperature has been reached. That would’ve been a nice feature. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean. I have a different brand of fridge and dishwasher and they go together seamlessly.

Sleek and functional

alot of work to keep glass clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] recently reviewed this item and what appeared to be stains between the glass panes turned out to be on the outside of the glass. after scraping with a razorblade, scrubbing with 409 and finally using a glass polish the stains were removed. glass currently looks good but i feel like this is a lot of work to have to do to keep the glass looking great.
