Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new oven. The best i have ever owned. The timer is a little annoying. It is very hard to get the exact time on the first try. But it cooking features make up for that. It has lots of options and the warm feature is one of my favorites.

Bosch Double Wall Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my oven. It is sleek and works well. The only reason it does not get a 5 is because of the timer. It is so not touchy enough to press arrow keys individually but too touchy to hold down the arrow key. I would recommend being able to digitally enter the time and not press arrow keys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having the option of utilizing a double oven when cooking meals or entertaining. This double oven by Bosch is perfect for me. I love the stainless steel. I had to wait about 6 weeks to take delivery of my oven. It was totally worth the wait. It’s quiet and heats well. It gives you alarms to indicate when the temperature has been reached and I love how you can choose the various options: convection, proofing, bake, broil, pizza and conventional for the top oven and the bottom oven is more of a conventional oven. It is very intuitive in its operation. I also like the knob function versus a digital setting. These ovens are definitely worth the wait. I also love the fact that they are self-cleaning. I can’t wait to get back to cooking great meals for my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Bosch double wall oven. It heats quickly, has an effective fan, and the knobs and controls are fairly intuitive to use. My only complaint is that the "push" action on the screen, which is needed to set temperature and time, is a little hard to control. It's difficult to tell how hard you need to press, and the next thing you know you've set it for way too much time and need to go back in the other direction. But this is a minor quibble. It is a beautiful machine.

poor craftsmanship -repair within 24 hrs of instal

We purchased this unit to replace an old Maytag, which started falling apart. The hope was that the Bosch brand means quality and longevity. Unfortunately, the trouble-free operation lasted less than a day following the installation of the unit. An erorr code E305 meant that a service visit was an order, and a full day was spent on the phone looking for appliance repair companies dealing with a "third-party warranty" issues (it was not purchased locally, and three out of four companies suggested by Bosch customer service refused to do it). Finally, a service visit was scheduled, and several days later the technician identified the problem: an incorrectly installed wiring inside the controller unit making intermittent contacts. This was quickly fixed, and fortunately the unit is now under warrantly, but it makes me wonder how many other "surprises" related to poor craftmanship lie ahead... Disappointed (to say the least) and very worried!

Worth waiting 3 months for these terrific ovens!

oven! Love the proof setting and pizza settings! I have made restaurant quality pizza using thos oven! The choice between the convection bake and roast setting makes a big difference and how mests turn out! Made a delicious Prime Rib on New Years using the convection roadt setting and it came out perfect! The popovers were beautiful using the convection bake setting
